2022 is here and a lot of people are saying, Hey, doesn’t look a whole lot different to me”. What are some of your hopes for this new year?
Most of us make some kind of resolution and it’s funny because it’s a fact that most people drop them by the end of January. For regular gym goers this is the worst time of year. The gyms are packed with soft bodies hoping to get beach ready by, well, next Wednesday. Wonder why they start dropping off after a few days?
To stop smoking, lose weight, get in better shape, all of these are wonderful resolutions that we should all strive to achieve throughout the year, not just the first few weeks in January.
