Dear Henry,
I wish you a very Happy Birthday! When I was 15, you hired me for my first job at the Leavenworth store. I remember impromptu staff meetings always giving praise to his team for a job well done. I never knew a time when Henry called someone out in front of others as I learned some managers did at other jobs. I was fortunate to have Henry as my first boss where I learned that hard work and dedication paid off. He would walk through the front after a rush and complemented each employee on the smallest of details, always an encouraging word. Henry Rice is literally a living legend and deserves all of the happiness in the world! Thank you Henry for everything you've done for Bronco’s over the years and treating everyone with respect and kindness! ♡
